I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving. I visited my family in New Jersey and had a very yummy meal. Our contribution to the meal was apple pie. I'm still in the "learning" phase of cooking so I was nervous baking my first pie so I didn't even attempt to make the crust from scratch. We did make the filling and it turned out GREAT.
